Marcus joined us as a trustee last year and many of our older members will know him through the Oundle holiday MENCAP scheme, not only did he help in the holiday weeks but raised thousands for the scheme and more recently he helped on the camping trips for older members. Sadly Marcus died very suddenly on December 23rd. He will be sorely missed by all of us and we send our deepest sympathy to his wife Lisa and little daughter Molly.

Wildcats dance and drama
We have just been awarded a grant of £5000 by the One Family Foundation to fund a year’s worth of dance and drama classes at Wildcats Academy.
This is very exciting news and many of you will have been to the sessions that were run in Stamford some years ago and will appreciate how much fun was had and how the young people developed in confidence and skills. This time brothers and sisters may join the classes too.
With the funding, we have the option of two sessions a week, one to be in Peterborough run by Hilary, the other in Stamford to be run by Liz Paige.
Classes started 19th January, John Mansfield dance studio 5-6pm; 20th January, Wildcats Academy, Broad Street Stamford 5-6pm
Please email Maggie to confirm your place in the classes.
Massive thanks to Maggie Scott for co-ordinating and arranging this for us all.
